Reports
Comprehensive analytics, premade reports, and performance tracking for admins and managers.
The Reports page is a powerful tool designed for admins and managers to view, track, and analyze premade analytics. At the top of the interface, you can dynamically adjust the scope of your data, allowing you to filter insights from a company-wide view all the way down to specific groups or individual team members.
Main Overview
The Main Overview page provides a high-level snapshot of your team's performance, focusing heavily on time utilization and historical revenue.
Daily Hours
This primary chart tracks the hours worked per day over the last 30 days. It visually incorporates time modifiers to give you a clear, immediate picture of how time is being spent:
- Billable vs. Non-Billable: Billable hours are represented by a blue line. Non-billable hours (which have a modifier of zero) are represented by a green line stacked above the blue. The ideal scenario is for the green line to sit directly on top of the blue line, indicating that all logged hours are billable.
- Overtime: Overtime hours are visually weighted to reflect their cost, showing up on the chart as double the amount of standard hours.
Revenue and Ratios
Directly below the daily hours chart, you will find two additional historical metrics:
- Monthly Revenue: Displays the total revenue generated from paid invoices over the last year, helping you track overarching financial trends.
- Billable Ratio: Shows your billable versus non-billable percentage over the last 6 months to help monitor long-term efficiency.
Client Health
The Client Health page is dedicated to evaluating the profitability and stability of your client relationships.
Instead of just looking at hours, this page analyzes outcomes. It shows you whether active projects for specific clients are currently healthy or unhealthy. Crucially, it also flags clients that are at risk of becoming unhealthy. This predictive insight allows management to proactively spot trends and identify clients where the company is repeatedly losing money, so corrective action can be taken before a project finishes.
Project Scope
The Project Scope page offers a quick baseline analysis to help you understand how well your projects are adhering to their initial estimates.
On this page, projects are broken down into individual line items so you can evaluate the micro-level performance of your deliverables. For each line item, the report displays:
- Budgeted Hours: The amount of time initially allocated for the work.
- Actual Hours: The exact amount of time spent and logged against the deliverable.
- Variance: The calculated difference between the budgeted and actual hours, allowing you to immediately spot which specific parts of a project went over budget or were completed early.
